Pending house gross sales fall in October

Pending house gross sales dropped in October for the 5th consecutive month. They’re now down 4.6% from September.

3 of 4 U.S. areas recorded month-over-month decreases, and all 4 areas recorded year-over-year declines in transactions—best the Midwest noticed an building up.
